Pierre & Vacances is further expanding its footprint in Spain with the opening of new establishments in Torremolinos and Ibiza, bringing its total to 50 in the region.
Setting course for the Iberian Peninsula
Pierre & Vacances continues to expand its network in Spain with the opening of a new hotel in Torremolinos and apartments in Ibiza. This initiative reinforces the brand’s commitment to strategic destinations, notably the Costa del Sol and the Balearic Islands.
The Torremolinos hotel, located in the heart of the city, comprises 243 rooms and a variety of facilities, including an outdoor pool, buffet restaurant and rooftop bar with views. The company says the opening is aimed at strengthening its presence in low-season destinations, with strong demand both domestically and internationally.
“This opening is in line with our expansion strategy in destinations with high tourism potential, with a particular focus on the Costa del Sol” says Pierre & Vacances.
The brand’s debut in Ibiza
On the other hand, Pierre & Vacances marks its entry into Ibiza with the Ros Apartments, featuring 22 fully renovated units. Located in Santa Eulalia del Río, just 50 meters from the beach, these apartments offer a host of facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor pool with solarium.
“The opening of these apartments in Ibiza is our first establishment on the island, and strengthens us as a key player in the Balearic archipelago,” says the company.
Growth prospects and expansion
Pierre & Vacances has a targeted growth plan, aimed at strengthening its presence in strategic locations such as the Balearic Islands, the Canaries and the Costa del Sol, as well as in the main Spanish cities.
“The establishment in Torremolinos marks our 50th location in Spain and Andorra, an important milestone that testifies to our commitment to sustainable growth and quality in the most sought-after destinations.” – Oscar Güell, Managing Director of Pierre & Vacances in Spain
With these new openings, Pierre & Vacances confirms its determination to expand in high-potential tourist markets, while consolidating its position in highly sought-after locations.
