NH Collection expands in Southern Europe with openings in Ibiza and Marbella

NH Collection, the premium brand of Minor Hotels, continues its expansion in Southern Europe with the addition of two new hotels: NH Collection Ibiza and NH Collection Marbella. These openings mark a significant milestone for the brand, celebrating its tenth anniversary and reaching a portfolio of 100 properties globally.

The launch of these two hotels in Ibiza and Marbella further strengthens NH Collection’s presence in some of the Mediterranean’s most famous destinations, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The brand’s growth strategy for the region aims to position NH Collection as a key player in premium hospitality along Europe’s southern coast.

NH Collection Ibiza is strategically located in the heart of Ibiza city, offering guests easy access to the island’s most popular spots such as Dalt Vila (a UNESCO World Heritage site), the marina, and the nightlife scene. The hotel features a contemporary design with minimalist elegance, designed by Ribas & Ribas. The hotel boasts 38 , while some of them offer private balconies with views of the marina and the old town. The hotel is equipped with amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness area, and the option to hire private event spaces for celebrations or corporate events.

A key element of NH Collection Ibiza is its dining experience, with three restaurants: SLVJ Ibiza (Japanese cuisine with a focus on fine dining and entertainment), Rhino Bar (offering casual snacks by the pool), and Arrogante (providing casual Mediterranean options such as pizzas and pastas, open 24 hours).

NH Collection Marbella, the brand’s debut property in Costa del Sol, is located near Marbella’s Golden Mile, offering easy access to Marbella’s famous beach and the commercial buzz of the city. The 163-room hotel provides views of the Mediterranean Sea or the Sierra Blanca Mountains. The contemporary design of the hotel integrates luxurious, functional spaces that cater to both leisure and business guests. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including an on-site Mediterranean restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a poolside bar and extensive garden areas.

Marbella’s iconic beach is a short 10-minute walk away, while the hotel also enjoys close proximity to the Marbella Congress Centre, making it suitable for corporate events and business travelers.

These openings are part of NH Collection’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional services and unique experiences in prime coastal destinations. The Costa del Sol and Balearic Islands are well-established tourism hotspots, making them prime locations for NH Collection’s growing portfolio.
