Dusit Hotels and Resorts has opened Dusit Hotel AG Park, Chengdu, its first property in Sichuan and eighth in China. The hotel is located in the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park in Xinjin, about 30 minutes from downtown Chengdu and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport.

The 241-room hotel includes seven private villas and is surrounded by tea gardens and organic farms. The property is near Xinjin High-Speed Railway Station and offers a range of guest services and amenities.

Dining venues include Harvest, an all-day restaurant with a farm-to-table focus; The View, a barbecue restaurant; and a Chinese restaurant with eight private rooms. The hotel also features a lobby lounge, indoor swimming pool, gym, mahjong rooms, kids’ club and a pillarless conference hall with three additional meeting rooms.

The hotel offers activities such as guided nature walks, craft workshops and visits to the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Main Pavilion and the Rural Revitalisation Demonstration Zone.

“This new hotel embodies Dusit’s commitment to gracious hospitality rooted in Thai values, while embracing the cultural richness and natural beauty of Sichuan,” said Mr Luke Lu, general manager. “We’ve created a unique sanctuary where guests can reconnect with nature, experience local traditions, and enjoy meaningful moments with family – all within a tranquil and inspiring setting. We look forward to welcoming our guests and helping them create lasting memories throughout their stay.”

A package called the Dusit Experience is available through August 31, starting at CNY799. It includes one night in a Deluxe Room, breakfast for two, in-room snacks and beverages on the first night, and admission to Tianfu Agricultural Museum for two adults and one child.
