
Gale Miami Hotel & Residences has appointed James D’Agostino as its new complex general manager. With over two decades of experience in the Miami hospitality market, D’Agostino brings extensive operational expertise to his leadership role. In addition to his new responsibilities at Gale Miami, he continues to serve as general manager of Gale South Beach.

D’Agostino began his hospitality career as a bellman at the Sagamore Hotel and spent 16 years rising through the ranks to become general manager. Throughout his career, he has worked in the front desk, guest relations, sales and operations. His career also includes leadership roles at Hyatt Centric South Beach and the Courtyard by Marriott in Coconut Grove in Miami.
Gale Miami offers condo-style rooms with full kitchens and balconies and a full-service spa and gym. The hotel is located within walking distance of Kaseya Center, PortMiami, Brickell, Miami Worldcenter, museums and more. Looking ahead, D’Agostino is preparing Gale Miami for major upcoming events, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
