onefinestay and Herrmann Immeubles Group have partnered to launch the Élysée Collection, a fully renovated building of luxury apartments for short and mid-term rentals in Paris’ 8th arrondissement. The five-floor property includes nine apartments and expands onefinestay’s portfolio amid growing demand for stays of 30 nights or more in the city.
“Our experience of mid-term hospitality in New York combined with the increasing demand for longer stays in Paris created the ideal opportunity to collaborate with Herrmann Immeubles Group on the Élysée Collection. They have brought the apartments to life through exceptional design and craftsmanship, and we will have exclusive availability to offer the apartments to our guests,” said Dorothée Guiol, deputy CEO at onefinestay.
Mid-term bookings in Paris this year are up 300% compared to the same time last year, according to onefinestay, and searches for one to two-month stays account for 64% of total mid-term rental inquiries. In 2024, the brand recorded a 30% increase in mid-term bookings in New York over the previous year.
Six apartments are available for mid-term rentals and three for short stays of 3 to 29 nights. Layouts include a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, including a duplex. The design preserves original Haussmann-style elements such as tall windows and high ceilings, while adding modern features like bespoke kitchens, smart technology, air conditioning and LED lighting. The building has lift access to all floors.
As with all onefinestay properties, the Élysée Collection includes concierge service, 24/7 guest support, housekeeping, toiletries and linen service. Additional services such as grocery delivery, childcare and private pastry classes can be arranged.
“Our group invests significantly in new hospitality models for accommodating international travelers. By working with onefinestay in Paris we have created the Élysée Collection where guests can enjoy the freedom and autonomy to live at their own pace in the heart of the city while benefiting from the comfort and services a hotel would offer. Designed as true apartments with a typically local charm, our luxury residences serve as the starting point for our clients’ stays,” said Thierry Herrmann, CEO at Herrmann Immeubles Group.
