Raines has added two DoubleTree by Hilton properties in South Carolina, in Greenville and Summerville. Both properties opened in July after completing renovations to meet brand standards.

DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Woodruff Road has 126 rooms and is located at 135 Carolina Point Pkwy, near the intersection of Interstates 85 and 385. The hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, which includes restaurants, galleries, and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

DoubleTree by Hilton Summerville Nexton, at 405 Sigma Dr, includes 95 rooms. Located off I-26, it sits about a mile from Downtown Nexton and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

Renovations covered guestrooms, public areas, and food and beverage outlets. Both hotels now feature flexible meeting spaces, full-service bars, and onsite restaurants, consistent with DoubleTree by Hilton standards. They will serve both business and leisure travelers visiting the region.

“We are very pleased to welcome two additional Hilton properties to the Raines portfolio and are excited to be overseeing the renovation process,” said Grey Raines, managing partner of Raines. “Raines has a history of driving long-term value through brand alignment, and we look forward to delivering high-quality, guest-focused hospitality experiences for travelers in these desirable Southeast markets.”

Raines continues to expand its footprint across the region. The company has focused on brand partnerships and repositioning assets to align with recognized hospitality brands. These additions mark another step in its efforts to serve as a full-service resource for hotel investors across development, operations, and asset management.
