Solid international experience

Feria Kazemi joins The Peninsula with over ten years’ experience in international communications, gained mainly in the travel and technology sectors.

Most recently, she held the position of Head of Reputation and Industry Relations for the EMEA region at Google in London. Prior to this, she was Senior Communications Manager at Tripadvisor and Viator, a subsidiary of Tripadvisor.

Canadian-born Feria Kazemi began her career managing media relations for the Ontario government. She then joined Apple, where she oversaw communications for the company’s Toronto headquarters.

Her career is a testimony to her recognized expertise in communications management within high-profile companies.

Communications objectives for The Peninsula Hotels

In her new role, Feria Kazemi will be responsible for global campaigns aimed at raising awareness of The Peninsula brand. This includes the use of earned media, the creation of compelling content and high-impact brand partnerships.

She will also play a key role as the official representative of the prestige hotel brand.

Feria Kazemi expressed her enthusiasm about her new mission: “It’s a great pleasure for me to join the exceptional teams at The Peninsula Hotels. Education and language skills

Feria Kazemi holds a Master’s degree in International Communication and Development from the City, University of London, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science from the University of Ottawa. She is fluent in several languages, including English, French and Farsi, enhancing her ability to navigate in a global environment.

This appointment marks a new chapter for The Peninsula Hotels in its international communications strategy, with an executive with solid expertise to support the brand’s expansion.
