
My Place Hotels of America has announced the opening of My Place Hotel-Redding, CA, the brand’s first location in California. The hotel is owned and developed by Pacific NW Redding LLC, designed by The Richardson Design Partnership and managed by Legacy Management.

Located at 2609 Larkspur Lane in Redding, CA, the property is close to the Redding Municipal Airport and attractions such as Cobblestone Shopping Center, Cascade Theater, Redding Motorsports Park, Mount Shasta Ski Park and Turtle Bay Exploration Park. Visitors can also access Whiskeytown National Recreation Area for hiking, boating, or relaxing near mountain lakes.
The property features 64 guestrooms. Each guestroom includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel is pet-friendly and offers free Wi-Fi, 24-hour laundry facilities, 24-hour My Store and a business center.
