Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore has completed a major renovation and introduced a new dining concept, marking the conclusion of a three-year project aimed at updating its property in Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood. The hotel’s redesign includes refreshed public spaces, guest suites, meeting areas and a rebranded restaurant.
The renovated atrium now emphasizes natural light and desert-inspired design, featuring cacti, warm earth tones and brick accents. The lobby includes updated seating and a new lobby market for quick bites. Meeting and event spaces were upgraded with modern finishes and visual elements reflecting Arizona landscapes. The Camelback Room, with a wall of windows, provides over 20,000 square feet of flexible event space.
Guest accommodations received a comprehensive refresh in 2023. The 232 two-room suites, each 600 square feet, feature separate bedroom and living areas, updated furnishings and new carpeting. Several larger suites were converted to two-bedroom layouts to provide more flexibility for families or groups.
The hotel also launched TASTE, a full-service bar and restaurant offering locally inspired dishes and drinks. Embassy Suites’ amenities, including complimentary breakfast and evening reception with drinks and light bites, remain part of the guest experience.
The renovation extends to outdoor and fitness areas. The pool deck received new furniture to complement the desert setting while the fitness center was upgraded with modern equipment including a Peloton Bike.
Through this transformation, Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore aims to provide updated accommodations and enhanced amenities for both leisure and business travelers in the area.
