Nobu Hospitality has announced plans for the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Nashville, located along the Cumberland River in the city’s East Bank district. The property will be part of the Oracle campus development, expanding the brand’s presence within one of Nashville’s growing neighborhoods.
The hotel will feature 120 rooms and suites designed by Foster + Partners, blending modern elements with Nobu’s Japanese-inspired aesthetic. It will include a Nobu restaurant on the lobby level, meeting and event spaces, a lobby café, a fitness center and spa, and an infinity-edged rooftop pool offering views of the Nashville skyline. The rooftop space will serve as a social area with food and beverage service.
“We’re excited to bring the Nobu lifestyle to Nashville’s East Bank, a vibrant district ready for growth,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. “After much anticipation and requests from our loyal Nobu customers, partnering with Oracle is a perfect match. Nashville’s rich culture and culinary scene make it an ideal home for Nobu, and we can’t wait to create a destination that embodies the city’s spirit and our unique experience.”
The hotel will be located minutes from downtown Nashville with access to Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium and the city’s dining venues. Nobu Hotel Nashville will join the East Bank’s waterfront developments as part of the area’s broader connection to the city center.
