A hotel designed for families and groups
The new hotel will feature 134 rooms, including 40 family and group rooms, as well as 27 triple rooms. The facility will also include a public area with restaurant, flexible meeting space, a terrace, and around 120 parking spaces, including bus parking.
Opening is scheduled for the first half of 2028.

A regional partner to support development
Windrose Hospitality GmbH, founded in 2018 and based in Staufen im Breisgau, will operate the hotel. The company supports the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to operational management, leveraging its understanding of the local market.

Prize by Radisson currently operates 11 hotels in Germany with 2,165 rooms, with four additional projects underway. The brand also has properties in Switzerland (2 hotels), Belgium (1 hotel), and Austria (1 hotel), and plans openings in Osnabrück (October 2025), Bergen (Norway), Gdańsk and Wrocław (Poland, 2026), and Glasgow (Scotland, 2027).
