A lifestyle-focused concept
The Outset Collection combines conversions and renovations with story-driven, carefully designed spaces.

“The format is flexible so that each location’s identity can run deep. Whether it is hidden gems, revived landmarks or urban boutiques, each stay is layered with narrative and purpose.” – Chris Silcock, President of Global Brands and Commercial Services, Hilton
Initial openings and growth
Bookings for the first hotels will open in November 2025, with openings planned the same month. Initial properties include ACME Hotel Chicago and a basecamp in Moab.

The brand aims to expand to over 500 hotels in the U.S. and Canada. “The majority will be conversions because we want to maintain each hotel’s own character and design, while providing Hilton-quality service and standards” Chris Silcock added.
Owner flexibility
Outset Collection allows owners to tailor services based on market and location, ranging from cafés to full-service restaurants. “Independent hotels thrive when they can preserve their unique character while tapping into the power of a global hospitality leader” Chris Silcock emphasized.
