The move is part of the group’s plan to expand its international presence, ensuring each project aligns with the brand’s identity. The group’s growth is also supported by its new majority shareholder, PAI Partners.
Renovation and repositioning
The acquired hotels will undergo full renovations and complete redesigns before reopening in 2026 under the Motel One and The Cloud One Hotels brands. This repositioning aims to broaden the offering to meet the needs of different customer segments.

Renovations will take place while the hotels remain operational. Motel One Group will also integrate the Flemings hotel staff.
