Centralized platform for housekeeping

Founded in 2012, Flexkeeping offers automation and scheduling tools for housekeeping teams. Features include automatic room assignments, planning, shift management, and inspections in real time.

Teams can track tasks, share checklists, and communicate instantly, improving collaboration between housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk operations.

Measurable operational benefits

Flexkeeping’s tools have helped thousands of properties enhance efficiency. According to the company, staff productivity can increase by 40% while guest complaints decrease by 45%.

The system also allows tasks to be created in the user’s native language and automatically translated, facilitating coordination in multilingual hotel environments.

Native integration within Mews ecosystem

“For the first time, Mews clients will benefit from a cutting-edge housekeeping platform fully integrated with their PMS. By bringing in Flexkeeping’s advanced housekeeping solutions, Mews is set to transform the way hotels manage cleaning, scheduling, and staff collaboration.” – Richard Valtr, founder of Mew

“Integrating Flexkeeping’s exceptional housekeeping solutions into the Mews ecosystem represents a significant step forward in hotel technology. We are taking a new level of operational excellence and guest experience for forward-thinking hotels worldwide. Together, we will empower the next generation of hoteliers to work more efficiently and deliver outstanding service quality.” – Matt Welle, CEO of Mews

A shared vision for modern hospitality

Luka Berger, Founder and CEO of Flexkeeping, comments “Joining Mews allows us to realize our shared vision of simplifying hotel operations through data-driven solutions.”
