Garner strategic development

Since its global launch in 2023, Garner has grown rapidly, particularly in the UK, IHG’s largest European market. The brand focuses on key guest needs which include convenient locations, comfortable beds, and free Wi-Fi.

Each property also offers a signature “refreshing moment” with a complimentary drink and snack on arrival, as well as fresh bean-to-cup coffee and the Garner Shop.

“We’re proud to see Garner gaining momentum across the UK, reflecting its value proposition for owners and investors. IHG’s streamlined conversion processes and dedicated support enable owners to efficiently integrate their hotels and achieve faster returns.” – Joanna Kurowska, VP & Managing Director UK & Ireland
