Acquisition of Hilton Porto Gaia
EXTENDAM partnered with Highgate to acquire Hilton Porto Gaia, a 194-room, five-star hotel located on the banks of the Douro River.
Opened in 2021 and purchased from funds advised by ECS, the property includes 47 suites, a fine dining restaurant, rooftop bar, wellness centre, and ten meeting rooms, including a 350-seat auditorium. The hotel holds an A-rated energy certificate and the Biosphere Responsible Tourism certification.
The property will be managed by Highgate and still under the Hilton franchise.

Development of a new hotel in Seville
At the same time, EXTENDAM is developing a 184-room, four-star hotel in the Nervión business district of Seville, in partnership with Panoram Hotel Management and Grupo Insur.
The project will feature a restaurant, bar, rooftop pool, fitness centre, meeting rooms, and 40 parking spaces. The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028 and aims for a BREEAM Very Good certification.
