Singapore, 03/November/2025: Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that Viroth’s Hotel, a reputable luxury property in Cambodia, has upgraded to its multi-property management system. With this strategic move, the management aims to modernise multi-property operations with efficient centralised control, drive sustainable growth and enhance overall guest experience.

Nestled in the heart of Siem Reap, Viroth’s Hotel is a celebrated boutique brand known for its elegant design, personalised service, and commitment to excellence. Currently, it manages two properties. With a reputation for delivering world-class hospitality, it has consistently ranked among the top choices for discerning travellers visiting Cambodia, including being named #1 Top Hotel in the World and #1 Top Hotel in Asia multiple times by TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award.

After operating with a legacy solution for over a decade, Viroth’s Hotel recognised the limitations of its existing system in managing operations across multiple properties in today’s competitive business environment. The lack of centralised control, real-time data access, and integration with third-party solutions prompted the management to upgrade to Hotelogix’s cloud-based multi-property management system.

Inbound travel to Cambodia in 2025 remains strong, with over four million international visitor footfalls recorded by midyear, according to the Ministry of Tourism. The main source markets are Thailand, Vietnam, and China, followed by France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy, with most travellers heading to Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and coastal hubs like Sihanoukville. This influx of high-spending visitors is reshaping Cambodia’s tourism landscape, prompting hotels to offer premium experiences that integrate cultural authenticity with modern luxury.

“Our decision to switch to cloud with Hotelogix came from a simple realisation-we must modernise and digitise our operations to stay competitive and attractive to our guests, and technology must enable us to uphold our famed guest service standards,” said Saay Sokross, General Manager of Viroth’s Hotel.

With Hotelogix, Viroth’s Hotel now enjoys anytime, anywhere access to its property data, significantly enhancing its operational agility. The management can tap into guest history for personalisation and leverage KPIs and central-level reports to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, Hotelogix integrated its solution with the hotel’s preferred channel manager and booking engine, enabling them to drive OTA bookings and direct bookings via their website.

According to Saay, Hotelogix offers them the centralised control they need to run both their properties efficiently. “Be it gaining complete control over processes, boosting productivity, saving costs or serving guests better, Hotelogix is the perfect solution for a guest-centric luxury boutique brand like us. We are impressed with Hotelogix’s implementation, training, support and go-live process.”

“Viroth’s Hotels upgrading to cloud with Hotelogix reflects a growing trend among Cambodian hotels to embrace modern technology for smarter operations and better guest service capabilities,” said Sivaprasad Gangadhran, Chief Sales Officer of Hotelogix. “We are proud to support this shift by offering scalable, future-ready solutions that empower hoteliers to thrive in a competitive landscape.”
