In June 2026, Orient Express will set sail on an extraordinary new voyage, unveiling the Guerlain Spa aboard Orient Express Sailing Yachts, the most singular maritime wellness destination ever imagined.
This encounter brings together two French icons of elegance and refinement. With their own rich heritage, unparalleled savoir-faire, and a shared passion for the art of living, Orient Express and Guerlain open a new chapter in the story of beauty and wellness travel.
For over 140 years, Orient Express has been synonymous with legendary journeys — born on the rails in unmatched grandeur and now reimagined upon the seas.
Since 1828, the Maison Guerlain has represented the pinnacle of French High Perfumery and High Cosmetics. With nearly two centuries of creativity and bold innovation, Guerlain has continually elevated beauty and wellness into an Art form.
Today, this unique savoir-faire embarks on a sensory odyssey aboard the first of Orient Express Sailing Yachts, Orient Express Corinthian — the largest sailing yacht in the world.
The Guerlain spa onboard Orient Express Sailing Yachts, an ode to the art of wellness
At the heart of Orient Express Corinthian lies a haven dedicated to inner peace and the awakening of the senses: The Guerlain Spa, a timeless escape where silence, touch, and scent invite genuine reconnection.
Spread across 500 square meters (5,380 sq ft), the spa features four treatment suites, including a VIP double suite for couples, alongside a gentle sauna, a serene relaxation lounge, a barber studio, an elegant beauty salon, a fitness space, and a lap lane with open-sky views.
Every detail is infused with the spirit of travel. Each treatment unfolds as a sensorial journey, an intimate passage bridging inner calm and outer radiance.
This alliance unites two French icons of elegance and savoir-faire. With Guerlain, we reimagine the art of travel and wellness, creating a sanctuary where beauty, refinement, and destination discoveries converge. Aboard Orient Express Sailing Yachts, our guests will embark on journeys that are as enriching for the soul as they are unforgettable in the experience through experiences lived both at sea and on shore, and the joy of discovering new destinations as you arrive by the ocean! That’s what makes all the difference. Philippe Hetland-Brault, President of Orient Express Sailing Yachts
In this unique setting, Guerlain unveils a collection of experiences crafted exclusively for Orient Express Sailing Yachts. More than treatments, they are true odysseys, harmoniously composed with the elements, the rhythm of the sea, and the essence of exploration. These bespoke ceremonies pay tribute to the beauty of nature and the thrill of discovery. They offer profound sensory immersion, nurturing skin, soul, and senses alike.
Inspired by the movement of the sea and the serenity of travel, Wave Serenity invites guests to surrender to absolute tranquility. Expert gestures with cool, wave-like spoons smooth and illuminate the face, while a gentle leg massage completes this journey toward inner peace.
Aqua Odyssey is a resynchronizing journey through the enchanting gardens of Aqua Allegoria, where tonic pressures and energizing gestures awaken circulation and restore the body’s natural rhythms. Soleil Plein Sud pays homage to the sun, preparing and regenerating the skin before and after exposure, while awakening the senses in a luminous, honey-enriched ritual. Ocean awakening is a journey into the ocean depths, guided by alternating warm and cool sensations and enveloping, intense gestures that release movement and awaken energy.
Extending this philosophy of holistic well-being, Guerlain also curates bespoke wellness retreats that accompany guests throughout their voyage. Thoughtfully designed around the four essential pillars of wellness — nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mindfulness — this exclusive retreat features guided meditations, movement sessions, spa rituals, and nature-immersive experiences. Led by Guerlain’s Wellness Experts, each moment is a gentle invitation to realign body and spirit, transforming the journey into a sanctuary of profound renewal.
We are proud to unveil our partnership with Orient Express Sailing Yachts, a collaboration that redefines the art of luxury wellness. Together, we will craft Guerlain spa experiences that transcend beauty — immersing guests in rituals that nourish both body and soul. This alliance brings our shared commitment to heritage, elegance, and innovation to life on the high seas. It is a new chapter in holistic indulgence, where every detail speaks the language of timeless luxury. Gabrielle Saint-Genis, CEO at Guerlain
A legendary yacht inspired by the art of living
Here, time seems to stand still. Together, Orient Express and Guerlain create a timeless sanctuary at sea, where the immersive calm of the spa merges seamlessly with cultural richness and sensory discovery offered — an experience of well-being reimagined as an Art of Living. Refined, hedonistic, and profoundly sensorial, where travel itself becomes a philosophy.
Orient Express Corinthian stands as the jewel of this new era. Measuring 220 meters (721 ft) in length and crowned with three majestic sails, this world-class yacht offers just 54 suites, ranging from 43 m² (463 sq ft) to 225 m² (2,422 sq ft), each with panoramic views and an atmosphere of timeless grace.
Built over four years in France at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique, one of the world’s foremost naval shipyards, every element, from her majestic silhouette to her hand-finished interiors, is the fruit of exceptional craftsmanship.
The interiors, conceived by French Architect and Artistic Director of Orient Express Maxime d’Angeac, evoke a floating palace: handcrafted materials, curated artworks, vintage-inspired lighting, and sculptural furnishings blend in a symphony of textures and light. Conceived with sustainability at its core, this extraordinary Yacht also embodies a new, more conscious vision of luxury travel, where beauty and responsibility sail side by side. This includes innovations in wind propulsion with her sails, energy optimization onboard, and a design intended to minimize environmental impact — making sustainability not a constraint, but the very soul of the voyage.
On board, the horizon becomes a stage for cultural immersion. Guests are invited to wander through a library of 1,500 rare books, retreat to a cinema inspired by the golden age of film or gather in a musical salon where intimate concerts and cultural encounters bring each voyage to life. On deck, the horizon shifts endlessly — painting a living canvas of sea and sky.
Culinary excellence, led by multi-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno, completes this sensory voyage. His innovative French gastronomy at sea is not simply a meal — it is an extension of the Spa’s poetic universe, engaging taste and aroma as part of the journey.
Aboard Orient Express Corinthian, every space whispers of timeless beauty and wellness. More than a voyage, it is an immersion in the Art of Travel. An odyssey of the senses, where refinement, exploration, and well-being converge.
Orient Express Corinthian sets sail in June 2026 through the Mediterranean, followed by its Caribbean season in October 2026.
