CoralTree Hospitality has assumed management of DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – The Yarrow in Utah. The hotel is minutes from the historic Main Street and near several ski areas. “Park City is one of the most iconic mountain destinations in the country, and we’re thrilled to add this property to our growing collection of ski and mountain resorts,” said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. “Our team has deep experience in managing properties in top ski markets, and we look forward to bringing that expertise to Park City while delivering the warm, personalized service that CoralTree is known for.”

DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – The Yarrow is located near Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons. Its location supports year-round activity, with access to skiing in winter and hiking and biking during warmer months. The surrounding area also includes a local dining scene that is accessible from the hotel.

The property features a lodge-style layout and includes 182 guest rooms and suites. Several rooms offer connecting options, fireplaces and kitchenettes, which support stays for families and groups. On-site amenities include a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool that are available throughout the year, outdoor firepits and a fully equipped fitness center. Additional facilities include a game room and more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space designed for group gatherings and social events.

Food and beverage offerings at the hotel include 1800 Park and Vertical Lounge. These venues provide options for breakfast, lunch, apres ski and dinner. The hotel’s layout and amenities are designed to support both leisure stays and group travel tied to meetings or recreational visits.

CoralTree Hospitality brings experience in managing hotels in mountain destinations across North America. Its portfolio includes properties in Vail, Aspen, Snowmass, Telluride and Lake Tahoe, as well as Mammoth, Jackson and Stowe. The company’s operational focus is centered on adapting management practices to the specific characteristics of each location.

The addition of DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – The Yarrow expands CoralTree Hospitality’s presence in Park City. The company’s management approach emphasizes operational standards and local integration, aligning hotel operations with the surrounding community and regional setting. CoralTree Hospitality has stated that its role at the property will reflect its established management practices within mountain markets.

With this change in management, DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – The Yarrow becomes part of CoralTree Hospitality’s collection of mountain properties. The hotel will continue to operate under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand while being managed by CoralTree Hospitality, marking a new phase for the property within Park City’s hospitality landscape.
