Each November, the global travel and hospitality industry converges on London for World Travel Market (WTM)—and once again, TrustYou was proud to be part of one of the sector’s most important events of the year.

WTM London 2025 felt bigger, busier, and more energetic than ever. With an expanded venue and thousands of professionals from across the industry in attendance, the show floor was filled with ideas, innovation, and meaningful conversations from day one.

A Key Moment for the Hospitality Industry

WTM continues to play a vital role in bringing together hoteliers, technology providers, destinations, and partners from around the world. For TrustYou, the event offered a valuable opportunity to step away from day-to-day routines and engage face-to-face with the people shaping the future of hospitality.

Across the week, our teams and leadership connected with customers, long-standing partners, and new faces alike. Discussions ranged from operational challenges and guest experience trends to the evolving role of technology and AI in hospitality—highlighting just how dynamic and fast-moving the sector has become.

Reconnecting, Collaborating, and Exchanging Ideas

One of the greatest strengths of WTM is its ability to foster meaningful, in-person connections. We were delighted to reconnect with many of our customers, including well-known hospitality brands such as MEININGER, Mandarin Oriental, Leonardo, B&B Hotels, Sunrise, and Dalata. These conversations allowed us to reflect on shared successes, exchange insights, and discuss what’s next for the industry.

WTM also provided the perfect setting to meet with technology partners like Apaleo and Mews, reinforcing our shared vision of a more connected, data-driven hospitality ecosystem. Beyond scheduled meetings, countless spontaneous conversations at our booth underscored the value of WTM as a true networking hub for the industry.

Conversations Beyond the Show Floor

Networking at WTM doesn’t stop when the exhibition halls close. Industry events and informal gatherings throughout the week created additional opportunities to connect in a more relaxed environment. A highlight for us was hosting a TrustYou Happy Hour at our booth, where customers, partners, and peers came together to continue conversations and strengthen relationships.

These moments—both planned and unplanned—are what make WTM such a meaningful event year after year.

Looking Ahead

WTM London 2025 reaffirmed the event’s importance as a meeting point for the global hospitality community. From insightful discussions to renewed partnerships, the week offered inspiration and perspective that will carry forward long after the show closed its doors.

We’d like to thank everyone who stopped by to speak with us and share their views on where hospitality is heading. We’re already looking forward to continuing these conversations—and to returning to London for WTM 2026.
