Hilton’s mega-category brands-such as the budget-friendly Spark or the extended-stay LivSmart Studios-are designed using brand prototypes. For many other hotels – from DoubleTree to luxury brands like Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts – Traxler said “everything is custom.
