WASHINGTON — Destination AI 2024, a one-day event focused exclusively on the intersection of artificial intelligence and the hospitality industry, is coming to Washington, D.C, September 26th, 2024, at the Partnership for Public Service Conference Center.

The curated event promises to illuminate and explore the profound impact of AI and its application to the hotel industry, featuring keynotes, one-on-one conversations, panel sessions, case studies and networking opportunities tailored to navigate this nascent and ever-evolving technology landscape.

“Demand for AI integration in hospitality is at an all-time high, presenting both challenges and opportunities for industry stakeholders,” said Nazpari Aydin, co-founder of Destination AI. “With a focus on topics, such as hotel operations, guest experience, revenue management, labor, marketing and guest safety and security, this conference will offer a comprehensive exploration of AI applications across different departments.”

The conference boasts an impressive lineup of speakers and attendees, with ample opportunity to engage and learn. Speakers already confirmed for Destination AI 2024 include: Michael Mahar, SVP, head of technology & digital products for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; his colleague, Janesh Patel, SVP, global contract center & franchise system support, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Stuart Grief, EVP, chief strategy, innovation & operating officer at Forbes Travel Guide; and Chinmai Sharma, global head of lodging, ground & sea for Sabre Travel Solutions.

“A conference dedicated to AI in hospitality is crucial now because it allows hoteliers to learn about the latest AI advancements, share ideas about how it can be implemented and help them stay ahead while improving operations,” Wyndham’s Patel said about Destination AI. “This conference provides a platform that allows owners and operators to explore AI and drive innovation that gives them a competitive advantage in the industry.”

Other companies also committed to Destination AI 2024 include Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corp. and IBM.

“AI and generative AI continue to evolve at a breakneck pace as the hotel industry works to figure out the applications, from improving the guest experience and managing hotels more efficiently, to protecting guest data and investing smarter in real estate; the utilization seems boundless,” Aydin continued. “Destination AI 2024 will help the hospitality industry gain a grasp of this still developing technology and ways it can be harnessed to make hotels and hotel companies run more efficiently and be more profitable.”
