Avantio, the pioneering short-term rental property management software company, has appointed two key hires for its next stage of growth in human-focused technology. 

Mohit Jagawat joins as the first head of innovation to put data at the heart of Avantio’s product strategy and guide the next generation of its tools, while Sandra Álvarez Mollá joins Avantio to as head of customer care to focus on the people behind the software, incorporating technology and AI into customer success.

Jagawat brings extensive experience in growing companies through strategic product development, especially in the hospitality sector with OYO Vacation Homes and De Vere hotels among others. 

He will build his own team to innovate with new products and act as a data and AI champion across the company, steering product development as the industry enters a period of rapid change. 

Álvarez Mollá joins from HR tech company Happydonia, and gained detailed knowledge of software in her time in Ireland at customer service software Zendesk and website builder Wix, among others. 

Jagawat said: “I’m very excited to join Avantio and help enhance the capabilities of our vacation rental management software. 

“By building new features, optimizing user experience, and leveraging advanced analytics, the goal is to drive substantial growth for our clients and partners.
