Posting regularly on Facebook is important to keep your fan base entertained. But in order to truly capture your customers’ attention, regular posts and pictures will just not do the trick. An effective strategy to increase your network is through Facebook contests. But how do they work?

Competition games to animate my hotel’s page :

Organizing regular Facebook contests should be an integral part of your marketing strategy. In fact, you will not only increase your followers’ engagement, but you’ll effortlessly reach out to new potential clients easily collecting their information.

What should we offer? You may ask. What about a 1-night stay for 2 people? Do you think that’s too costly? Once again, Facebook contest should be an integral part of your marketing and communication strategy and it’s up to you to make your game profitable and targeted to your needs, and specify conditions that will make the reward more difficult to attain . Here’s an example: Tag the person you wish to share this moment with. At the 150th comment, we’ll draw the winner. Should the post not reach 150 comments, you would still receive online traffic and valuable information.

We also advise you to boost your facebook contest; with a simple budget of 5 euros your post will get a greater visibility and the comments will soon start stacking up!

Share my contests on social networks :

Once your contest is created, on top of boosting it, you can increase its visibility by sharing it across different pages. Like pages followed by travellers, e.g. Culture Trip and share your contest within their comments not on all of them or it will be considered spam! Alternatively, you could ask the page’s owner to share it for you this will not always work, but it doesn’t hurt to give it a shot. ?

There are also pages which are entirely dedicated to contests and with a highly responsive community. Do not hesitate to share all of your games! This will greatly increase the online traffic to your page and the popularity of your establishment.
