Travel-tech SaaS company Journey Mentor has announced it has signed a five-year contract with Orthodoxou Travel, a European travel agency for leisure and business travellers in Cyprus and other areas globally, especially Europe and the Middle East.

Under the terms of the agreement, Journey Mentor will provide Orthodoxou Travel with its suits of travel-tech solutions, specifically tailored to meet the digital needs of travel agents, as well as airlines and other travel providers.

By incorporating these tools in their digital infrastructure, Orthodoxou Travel will provide digital travel services, manage competitive pricing strategies, streamline supplier interactions, and curate unparalleled packaging and tour experiences for their customers in Cyprus and abroad.

The suite of solutions to be integrated with Orthodoxou Travel systems include SalesMentor, LoyaltyMentor, PriceMentor, SupplierMentor, and TourMentor.

As part of the deal, Orthodoxou Travel will act as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for Journey Mentor in Cyprus.

The travel and tourism market in Cyprus has witnessed a massive growth over the past few years, with revenues expecting to reach US $168.40M bin 2024, compared with US $132.41 M in 2019, according to data from Statista. 

This growth is expected to continue with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 2.33% from 2024 to 2029, resulting in a projected market volume of US $189.00m by 2029.

Additionally, we can guarantee travellers get the best possible deal as our solutions use AI technology to continue to look for a better deal even after the booking has been completed.”
