Anson Lau promoted to Managing Director – Global, Natalie Kimball named Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Americas & EMEA, and Lluc Pons promoted to Director of Strategic Account Sales.

ATLANTA, Georgia, United States, June 4, 2024 – Shiji Distribution Solutions achieved its best year in 2023, doubling booking production from 2019 despite air travel capacity remaining below pre-pandemic levels. Over the past year, the company has expanded its global business footprint considerably, signing new partnerships in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Europe and the US, while launching a next-generation channel manager for customers in China, the Book & Pay online marketplace, a new Digital Assets Library within IcePortal, and a Switch & UnionPay automated B2B settlement solution. This growth and success highlight Shiji’s commitment to investing heavily in innovation and product development, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of hospitality distribution.  

In order to support this success and plan for future growth Shiji is promoting Anson Lau [Managing Director – Global], Natalie Kimball [Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Americas & EMEA], and Lluc Pons [Director of Strategic Account Sales]. Anson brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality B2B technology platforms, including over 8 years of experience in travel distribution, while Lluc brings over 13 years of invaluable experience in tourism, marked by a proven track record of enhancing customer performance through strategic initiatives. Meanwhile, Natalie brings over 2 decades of experience in distribution to her new position, including her current role as Vice President of the board of HEDNA.
