Firm strengthens presence in Turkey

iCoupon strengthens presence in Türkiye with new partnership with Pegasus Airlines

iCoupon, a global intelligent vouchering platform worldwide, has secured a contract to bring disruption meal voucher services to Pegasus Airline passengers.

iCoupon already partners with SunExpress and Corendon Airlines in the region, and this latest deal, which is with Turkey’s largest airline, consolidates the company’s position in this important European market.

Working with iCoupon, Pegasus will benefit from a simplified process that has been proven to increase passenger satisfaction.

Pegasus operates around 112 aircrafts and carried nearly 32 million passengers last year. With OAG data stating that around 4% of passengers experience delays, the new deal means that potentially over a million passengers annually will have a better experience during delays.

Richard Bye, CEO of iCoupon, said: “While delays are often caused by issues beyond the control of airlines, airports and airport retailers ensuring passenger experience is smooth and efficient is a priority for all airlines. 

“iCoupon’s growth in Europe has been impressive and we’re very proud to be serving over 95% of carriers in this territory. We look forward to welcoming Pegasus Airlines into our ever-expanding group of partners.”

This innovative vouchering solution aligns with our goal of providing a more seamless and efficient journey for our passengers during disruptions.
