Peakwork and Honeepot have entered a strategic partnership to integrate and market the innovative ‘Honeebot by Honeepot’ chatbot within Peakwork’s global travel solutions ecosystem.

This collaboration enables travel websites, tour operators and OTAs utilising Peakwork’s offerings to incorporate a seamless, customer-focused solution designed to enhance the advisory process and drive conversions.

Honeebot is an AI-powered chatbot integrated into travel websites to support customers in selecting travel options.

Offered as a SaaS and white-label solution, it can be customised with a unique AI persona, adapted to each brand. For instance, Honeebot can serve as an exit-intent trigger, engaging users about to leave a website through a pop-up window, as well as employing teasers and floating buttons for increased interaction.

Upon initiating a conversation, the chatbot autonomously curates and suggests the top three to five offers that best match the customer’s needs through the Peakwork Hub.

It handles up to 80% of inquiries fully and automatically under a representative’s name. For inquiries requiring a human touch, Honeebot prepares a selection, enabling back-office consultants to finalise recommendations swiftly. This streamlined advisory process results in a conversion increase of 10-15%.

Honeebot has demonstrated success with major travel brands such as Eurowings Holidays, Condor Holidays, Lufthansa Holidays, and HLX, with further implementations to come.

Flexible in application, Honeebot operates in multiple languages and currencies. Its unique adaptability allows for tonal shifts to match platform needs or seasonal occasions, from formal to informal tones.

Torsten Ostmeier, CEO and founder of Honeepot, said: “Our partnership with Peakwork has already proven that Honeebot can boost conversions, making it an ideal tool for the travel sector. We look forward to continued collaboration with Peakwork and deeper integration into the Peakwork Leisure Travel Network.”

Manuel Saballus, CEO of Peakwork, added: “Honeebot’s conversion rates convinced us to bring this innovative solution to our clients, leveraging Peakwork’s strengths. We’re confident that our tour operator and OTA partners will benefit significantly from this technology.”
