What is the GenMews Program?

If you’re an ambitious graduate who’s eager to launch a meaningful career in a dynamic and innovative company, you’ve come to the right place. The GenMews Program is our initiative designed to nurture and empower the next generation of industry leaders.

It’s specially crafted for recent graduates (up to two years post-graduation) who are ready to make an impact in the tech-driven world of hospitality. It’s a two-year program that offers the chance to experience rotations across three departments, providing hands-on experience, learning and personal development opportunities.

What makes GenMews unique is that you’re not just completing meaningless tasks that nobody else wants to do; you’re responsible for real projects. We believe in empowering people and fostering accountability. The program is designed to challenge you, help you achieve your goals, and become part of a community that values innovation and growth.

In other words, it’s not only a career opportunity but a journey of discovery, learning and personal growth. (You can take my word for it!)

What’s in it for you?

As a GenMews graduate, you’ll gain a diverse skill set by working in different departments. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your journey at Mews, deciding on your rotations through a pitching process where you present your case for which department you’d like to move into next.

Through these rotations, you’ll also build a unique skill set that goes beyond typical corporate experience. Each rotation is eight months long – ample time to learn the intricacies of a department, deliver meaningful results and establish strong connections with your teammates. We want you to leave your mark in each area, forging relationships and building a professional network that will support your future career.

You’ll also get a competitive salary, and places are open in any of our hub locations – that’s Prague, London, Amsterdam or Barcelona.

What makes GenMews different?

We pride ourselves on our innovation and flexibility. When it comes to helping hoteliers, we know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach; it’s our promise to help them fulfil their vision for their hotel brand. This same philosophy also applies to empowering our people.

In larger, more traditional companies, graduate programs often follow a strict path. GenMews offers flexibility and agility. If you discover new interests during the program, you can change your trajectory with each rotation. There’s no rigid track at Mews – we want you to explore and grow in the ways that resonate most with you.

Mews is also at an exciting growth stage as a pre-IPO startup, which means endless opportunities. By joining GenMews, you’re stepping into an environment of rapid innovation and evolution, where your contributions will directly impact our growth journey. We’re not just looking for people to fill roles; we’re looking for visionaries who will grow with us and help shape the future of our company.

Who we’re looking for

Are you curious, resilient and ready to drive your own success? The ideal GenMews candidate is someone who’s hungry to learn and innovate. We’re looking for people who bring fresh perspectives and aren’t afraid to ask questions or propose bold ideas. Curiosity is at the heart of everything we do at Mews; we want you to challenge the status quo, embrace new challenges and demonstrate a high level of adaptability.

The GenMews Program is an excellent place to bring your curiosity to life. Show us your passion for learning, your eagerness to try new things, and your openness to growth, and you’ll thrive here.

Our talent development strategy

At Mews, we’re committed to nurturing talent and helping our employees build the best careers of their lives. GenMews is one of the ways we’re investing in talent from the ground up, creating a pipeline of leaders who understand Mews – and hospitality – from the inside out.

By developing leaders through programs like GenMews, we’re reinforcing our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building a robust, innovative team that drives our mission forward.

Ready to join GenMews?

The GenMews program is your gateway to an incredible career journey with Mews. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking, tech-driven company that’s reshaping the hospitality industry. If you’re ready to launch your career in a big way, we can’t wait to hear from you.

Applications are open now – so take that leap, show us your curiosity and ambition, and apply to join the next generation of Mews leaders.
