COTE Korean Steakhouse Debuts at the Venetian Las Vegas

🍴 Gracious Hospitality Management (GHM) has launched COTE Vegas at the Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, as part of a $1.5 billion transformation. Founded by Simon Kim, COTE offers a Korean steakhouse experience. The 17,000-square-foot venue, designed by Rockwell Group, features a dynamic dining atmosphere with stadium-style seating, live DJ, and private skybox dining rooms. Following successes in Singapore and New York, GHM plans further expansion, including a location at 550 Madison Avenue in 2026.

Marriott opens Moxy Tulum, first of the brand in CaLa region
