USA, Miami Beach, Florida.
November 21, 2024

Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort recently completed its multi-million-dollar renovation, unveiling transformed public spaces, refreshed guestrooms, a reimagined signature dining experience and more. Located in the exclusive Millionaire’s Row neighborhood of Mid-Beach Miami, and part of the North Beach Resort Historic District, the boutique-style retreat is celebrating a decade as part of the Hilton’s Worldwide portfolio and, with a thoughtful approach to its recent renovations, continuing to pay homage to its storied history, which dates back to 1951.

“This resort has served as an iconic destination in Mid-Beach Miami for more than 70 years and as we approached our renovation program, we placed a very special, careful emphasis on preserving our history while continuing to evolve the ways we embody Miami’s vibrant spirit,” said Didier Quintana, general manager of Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort. “Our renovation focused on capturing the essence of what sets Miami apart from the rest of the world, while honoring the resort’s timeless charm and enduring legacy. We are excited to share the result with our guests and look forward to continuing to provide the backdrop for unforgettable vacation memories.”

Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort features a serene, neutral color palette thoughtfully paired with layered patterns and pops of colors to exemplify a modern tropical getaway. The lobby has been reimagined with contemporary décor, stylish furniture and vibrant lighting fixtures that illuminate the space, immersing guests in an upscale Miami Beach experience. These enhancements extend through the resort’s hallways and meeting spaces, creating a chic yet sophisticated ambiance.

Known for its outdoor pool deck and third-floor terrace pool complete with views overlooking the Atlantic, the resort has also freshened up its outdoor amenities, including deluxe cabanas and daybeds, new foliage and wood panel flooring in place of what was previously AstroTurf.

The renovations continue with a complete transformation of the resort’s 231 rooms and suites. All accommodations have been infused with a modern tropical ambiance, including updated lighting fixtures, new furnishings and tastefully curated décor. Updated carpeting features a mix of bold and muted hues that reflect the Miami Beach ambiance, from the city’s captivating sunrises to its vibrant nightlife.

In addition, the resort’s signature dining destination has a new look and feel, along with an updated menu. A nod to the resort’s original name, the Allison Restaurant & Bar has been transformed with the addition of vibrant foliage and sleek assorted tile accents, creating a fresh and inviting vibe. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant celebrates the city’s multicultural heritage blending traditional Latin favorites with inventive seafood dishes, including new menu additions such as Plantain Crusted Salmon with basmati rice, baby bok choy and coconut saffron and Hummus Crutdite with baby looms, heirloom cauliflower, shaved vegetables, sesame seeds and grilled pita bread. Additionally, the dining destination boasts an array of new signature cocktails, including a Cucumber Collins, with Hendrick’s gin, lemon, cucumber bitters and Fever-Tree club soda and an Oaxacon Jungle Bird, with Tres Generaciones Reposado Tequila, Montelobos Mezcal, Campari, banana liqueur, pineapple and lime. Whether dining indoors or outdoors on the covered patio, guests can indulge in expertly crafted dishes while overlooking the beautiful Atlantic coastline. Poolside and beachside service are also available.
