Carlowrie Residences, the latest venture by the award-winning Carlowrie Castle, is set to offer exclusive access to some of Scotland’s most breathtaking properties in 2025, delivering world-class hospitality in the privacy and comfort of private luxury homes.

Carlowrie Residences promises the very best of Scottish hospitality, with Carlowrie Castle’s own team providing guests with bespoke, around the clock service in each of their residences.

Under the guidance of Carlowrie’s Michelin-trained executive chef, all meals will be expertly prepared, while the highly experienced concierge team will be on hand to craft personalised itineraries. Guests can look forward to immersive experiences showcasing Scotland’s finest landscapes, culture, and cuisine, including exclusive whisky tastings, fireside talks with notable Scottish figures, and indulgent wellness and spa retreats.

With Scotland proving to be an increasingly popular visitor destination year on year, this expansion benefits locals and visitors alike, bringing a boost to the local economy, and showcasing the country’s unique charm to the world.

Founder and CEO of Carlowrie Castle, Andrew Marshall said: “The way people travel is changing. Our guests are choosing the exclusivity of an entire property rather than a room in a busy hotel, and want tailored guidance and support at their fingertips to make their entire experience flawless. Carlowrie Residences is the future of luxury hospitality here in Scotland.”

“At Carlowrie Castle we’ve spent ten years mastering the exclusive-use stay that our guests are looking for, and now we’re taking that Scotland-wide. Each of our Carlowrie Residences are staffed by our Carlowrie-trained team and are the best in class when it comes to looking after our discerning guests.”

In 2024, Carlowrie Castle became the first castle in the world to gain B Corp certification, meaning guests can rest assured that the business has exceptionally high standards of environmental and social practices. The castle has also been recognised in the top three venues in Europe at The International Hotel Awards and one of the eight best wedding venues around the world by Grazia Magazine.

Carlowrie Castle is part of Carlowrie Group, a diverse collection of businesses and charities founded by Scottish entrepreneur Andrew Marshall, all united by a commitment to making a positive impact. The group employs over 350 people in businesses across the United Kingdom.
