Ian Pullan

Senior Vice President of Asset Performance West, KSL Resorts

Thirty-year, internationally experienced, hospitality industry veteran Ian Pullan supervises the operations of KSL Resorts’ growing West Coast portfolio as senior vice president of asset performance, west. KSL Resorts manages an impressive roster of world-class destination resorts, hotels and clubs that offer a wide array of recreational amenities including spa, golf, tennis, ski and beach locations. Pullan leads the performance of Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach, Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Silverado Resort and Spa, where he combines his strength for revenue management and the KSLR entrepreneurial spirit to drive profits and guest satisfaction. He is devoted to making the communities where KSL Resorts operates better places to live and being good stewards of the environment. Starting his career at a young age as a bellman at a hotel in Ireland, he has worked in the hospitality sector operating four- and five-star hotels and resorts in seven countries, including previously serving as KSL Resorts’ vice president of asset performance west and also working as vice president/general manager of Monarch Beach Resort, another KSL Resorts’ property. Pullan is an avid runner and biker, while always living by his motto: “Be the best you can be!”
