Shiji’s Concept launches new product Concept Web Client to provide hospitality staff, outside of the spa and golf club, the ability to view guest profiles and manage and book reservations on or off property.

ATLANTA, Georgia, July 12, 2021 – Shiji Group has recently launched Concept Web Client to provide hospitality staff, outside of the spa and golf club, the ability to view guest profiles and efficiently manage and book reservations on or off property.

Spa, activity and golf staff will enjoy the new intuitive design, while hotel receptionists and concierges can now access guest reservation information. This allows for elevated engagement while increasing revenue and recurring bookings.  Designed to work in addition to the Concept Spa and Concept Golf applications, Concept customers using version 20 will have exclusive access to Concept Web Client.

Built on for the cloud with Shiji Enterprise Platform standards, reservation functions are readily accessible through a modern user experience, allowing hotel and resort staff to stay connected and focus on driving revenue.

“We sat down with our Spa and Golf customers to better understand their needs and we incorporated all this feedback was into the design of the Web Client. The new interface speeds up bookings while eliminating barriers between outlets, reducing the risk of revenue loss. Because the Web Client is cloud delivered, this opens the possibilities to access profile and bookings untethered from the property network.  Remote workers and mobile staff, including golf starters, can provide great service to guests, driving increases in loyalty and recurring bookings,” said Brett R. Smith, VP of Strategy and Product Management of Shiji Group.
