Fletcher Hotels partners with Shiji to enhance guest experience with cloud-based property management system

Fletcher Hotels has signed to implement Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS solution in over 100 of its properties to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Berlin, Germany. March 2, 2023 – Fletcher Hotels, the independent Dutch hotel chain with 110 properties, is partnering with global hospitality technology innovator Shiji to bring advanced cloud-based property management solutions to its hotels. Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS solution will enable Fletcher Hotels to streamline operations and improve efficiency while enhancing the overall guest experience.

The partnership with Shiji Group aligns with Fletcher Hotels’ commitment to enhancing the guests’ stay through innovative technology solutions. By implementing Shiji Enterprise Platform across their properties, the platform was built to cater for multi-property groups and chains.

With over 1,200 API endpoints, Shiji Enterprise Platform offers an ‘API-everything’ approach that makes data easily accessible for integrations, custom applications, and full customization to meet each customer’s specific needs. This enterprise-focused approach enables easy configuration from a global, regional, or brand level, with updates distributed across the estate based on a centralized set of standards. The solution also allows for guest personalization by managing unique global guest profiles across an entire hotel portfolio thanks to an AI-based match-and-merge technology, providing customers with cleaner guest profiles and hotel staff with more accurate preference data.
