Shiji has recently launched a live connectivity partnership between Shiji Distribution Solutions and Pegasus to help hotels expand connectivity and drive new business in the Chinese market.

ATLANTA, Georgia, January 5, 2020 – Shiji Group, a global leader in secure and scalable business solutions for the hospitality industry, has launched live connectivity between Shiji Distribution Solutions and Pegasus, an integration that helps hotels expand connectivity and drive new business in the Chinese market.

The new connectivity partnership between Pegasus and Shiji will now allow hotels using Pegasus Reservations to increase their market penetration in China through OTAs such as CTrip, Fliggy, Tongcheng eLong, Meituan, social networking apps such as WeChat, local travel wholesalers, and local travel management companies. Likewise, Shiji’s demand partners will now have easy access and integration with a portfolio of 2,000+ independent chains and boutique hotels in key global city centers and gateway destinations popular for the Chinese traveler.

“We are thrilled to be able to provide seamless connectivity to China’s largest travel distribution partner,” said Gautam Lulla, CEO of Pegasus. “The outbound Chinese market will be one of the strongest coming out of the pandemic, and it will benefit our hotels greatly to have expanded access to these travelers during the recovery.”
