This underscores our commitment to superior service for our customers, something anchored in all our products,” said Wolfgang Emperger, Senior Vice President, Europe, Africa, and UK and General Manager at Shiji.

Due to the concurrent implementation of Infrasys and the extensive renovation at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich, timely delivery of the product was paramount. Shiji successfully completed the installation within 2 months, ensuring the system was operational for the hotel’s reopening.
