Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS) and Infrasys Cloud POS modernize operations and improve the guest experience at the established four-star superior German resort.

BERLIN, Germany, April 18, 2024: Shiji, the global hospitality technology innovator, and Platzl Hotels, announce a strategic collaboration that integrates Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS) and Infrasys Cloud POS into the Munich hotels’ tech stack. Renowned for their distinctive blend of Bavarian charm and personalized service, Platzl Hotels boast over 200 rooms in 11 room categories across two properties along with a wide array of F&B outlets, including the acclaimed Pfistermühle and the quaint Ayinger an der Au. Open since 1956, the hotel provides a traditional hospitality experience but required an update of its legacy systems to better serve their guests.
