The top three earners were Hock Tan of Broadcom ($161.8 million), Nikesh Aurora of Palo Alto Networks ($151.4 million), and Stephen Schwarzman of Blackstone ($119.8 million), according to The Wall Street Journal.
The Wall Street Journal assessed each company’s total shareholder return relative to its industry, scoring them on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 indicating performance in the top 20%. Four travel companies received the highest score: Booking Holdings, Delta Air Lines, Host Hotels, and Royal Caribbean.
