Building on the phenomenal success of the 2023 GuestRevu GREAT Awards, GuestRevu is thrilled to announce a significant programme expansion for 2024, with awards ceremonies now taking place on two continents!
Inspired by the enthusiastic participation and feedback from last year’s entrants, and made possible thanks to the generous support of new sponsors, HotelTime and returning sponsors Hop, GuestRevu is excited to announce that the 2024 GREAT Awards will be celebrated at two Award ceremonies on opposite sides of the globe to recognise the very best in hospitality across the world.
Due to the significant international reach of the GuestRevu GREAT Awards, with entries from over 45 countries, this year the GREAT Awards team will be hosting an additional dedicated event in Cape Town, South Africa specifically for shortlisted and winning hotels, resorts and guesthouses from the Sub-saharan Africa and Asia-pacific regions. This exciting addition to the program, scheduled for early January 2025, ensures well-deserved recognition for exceptional properties throughout the continent.
The prestigious UK event returns on the 6th of November 2024, strategically timed to coincide with the World Travel Market (WTM) expo. This allows winning properties from Europe, the Americas, and the rest of the world to celebrate their achievements in London during WTM, a premier industry event.
GuestRevu’s commitment to feedback extends beyond its core business, and in keeping with our ethos, GuestRevu has ensured the 2024 awards program will be even more spectacular by listening attentively to feedback from last year’s participants. The dual events offer a more geographically inclusive celebration, while the proximity to WTM and sponsorship by HOSPA provide attendees with an unparalleled networking opportunity.
The data analysis will once again be conducted in partnership with Stenden University South Africa, overseen by Dr Wouter Hensens.
