Travel payments solutions provider Pay2pay has appointed Torsten Gros as the new Managing Director of Pax2pay UAB.
Gros’ hire is part of its expansion strategy which coincides with the opening of its new office in Vilnius, Lithuania, so it can grow its presence across the European Economic Area.
Pax2pay’s digital payments solution, made up of Virtual Card, Bank Transfer, Account Creation and Invoice Payments technology, current supports some of the largest OTAs including Loveholidays, and others like TUI and Tryp.
Gros brings with him almost 30 years of experience in the travel and payments industry.
He previously held senior roles at eNett, Travelport and Apiso.
Based in Lithuania, Gros will spearhead Pax2pay’s operations in the EEA region, a key market for Pax2pay’s growth strategy.
The new base for the firm will serve as a strategic hub to enhance Pax2pay’s local presence and better serve its clients in this vital region.
