Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club proudly announces the appointment of Kevin Sterling as executive director of food and beverage. He brings over two decades of dynamic leadership experience to the historic Cape Cod resort, as well as extensive expertise in upscale hospitality management.

With a distinguished career spanning 25 years, Kevin has consistently delivered exceptional results in directing food and beverage operations within renowned establishments. In his previous role, he demonstrated his ability to lead a large team and manage diverse food and beverage outlets, achieving a record-breaking revenue for the hotel in 2023. His innovative approach to menu programming and implementation of mixology initiatives earned him a nomination for a corporate award for increased guest satisfaction scores in the Beverage Division.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club as our new Executive Director of Food and Beverage,” said Robert J. Newman, General Manager, Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club. “His unparalleled expertise and proven ability to elevate guest experiences makes him the perfect fit to lead our culinary team into an exciting new chapter.”

In his new role, Kevin will provide strategic leadership in food and beverage hospitality, including menu development, restaurant operations, banquet services, and guest engagement. His passion for exceptional guest service aligns perfectly with Ocean Edge’s commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences to every guest.

“This is my first culinary venture on the Cape, and I couldn’t be more excited,” said Kevin. “The resort has an impressive variety of dining options for guests and I’m looking forward to elevating them. The Mansion side particularly has some exciting plans for 2024, including some VIP culinary experiences, like a private raw bar and private in-room cooking session with Executive Chef Phil Flath. Exciting things will be coming to these Cape plates!”

His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club as it continues to set new standards of excellence in hospitality and culinary innovation.
