Signature Serves at the American Bar and the Beaufort Bar

An undeniable champion of the London bar scene, The Savoy is gearing up for London Cocktail Week (3rd – 13th October) with a lineup of exclusive cocktails and enticing experiences in its storied American Bar and the glamorous Beaufort Bar.

A Sip of History in the American Bar

Step back in time with an exclusive tasting of the classic Hanky Panky cocktail, created by legendary head bartender, Ada ‘Coley’ Coleman, at the American Bar in the early 1920s. Specially for London Cocktail Week, a vintage edition crafted with Bombay Sapphire gin from the 1970s, vermouth and Fernet-Branca is paired with a modern-day version, taking guests on a journey through the evolution of the much-loved drink.

The experience costs £45 per person, including 60ml vintage cocktail and standard size Hanky Panky. No reservation required. Subject to availability.

Spin the Champagne Wheel of Fate at the Beaufort Bar

Throughout London Cocktail Week, guests who order the Beaufort Bar’s decadent French 75 are invited to spin the ‘Champagne Wheel’, an alluring opportunity to decide which premium Champagne will be used to complement their cocktail. An experience designed to highlight the diversity and terroir of Champagne, the cocktail is mixed with Bombay Sapphire Premium Cru, perfectly enjoyed within the glamorous interior of the bar.
