Artistry Restaurants, parent to the Oak & Stone and other restaurants, plans to launch its sixth restaurant brand and first original dining concept, The Chapman, in Winter Park, Fla., the company said Monday.

The Winter Park-based company has acquired and operates Oak & Stone, Shrimp Basket, Boca, Atlantic Beer & Oyster, and Sandbar Amelia Island, and it is creating a boutique group within the company.

“The Artistry Collection is our way of bringing together a diverse dining experience in Winter Park, Fla., that celebrates unique culinary traditions, fosters community connections, and highlights the common thread of our brands: to spread joy through immersive experiences that are centered around heartfelt hospitality,” Jason Brooks, Artistry chief operating officer, said in a statement.

The Chapman will be part of the The Artistry Collection, which will also include Boca and Atlantic Beer & Oyster, and will be overseen by Marshall Hamilton, who was recently appointed to the position of chief operating officer for The Artistry Collection.

With the Chapman, named for Winter Park settler Oliver Chapman, Artistry Restaurants will have 30 locations in the Southeast. The location will also include the Chase Lounge, name for co-settler Loring Chase.

The company said The Chapman’s menu will featuring prime steaks, fresh fish, stone-fired pizzas, salads, cheeses, and local produce.

Artistry Restaurants will be opening its third Boca in Lake Mary, Fla., in 2025, and its Winter Park location underwent an expansion with the addition of a new 500-square-foot, 32-seat capacity private dining room that opened earlier this month.

Artistry Restaurants is also set to open two new Oak & Stone locations over the next six months – one in Cape Coral, Fla., and another in McKinney, Texas, marking Artistry’s entry into the Lone Star State.
