Award ceremony The Altos, hosted by Corporate accommodation platform AltoVita – that honours the most innovative and tech-savvy hospitality operators in the industry – returns on December 2.
This year will be the event’s fifth year and Travolution is proud to be a media partner for this year.
Awards categories include Best Interior Design; Most Innovative Use of Technology; Excellence in Safety and Security; Best Sustainability Initiative; Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative; Best Hospitality Provider for Europe, Middle East & Africa, APAC and North America/LATAM; and Rising Star.
The shortlist has been revealed, with submissions judged by a panel of industry experts to determine the worthy winners.
Winners will be unveiled on the night at the Ham Yard Hotel in London.
The Altos begins at 3pm with thought leadership discussions, bringing together a range of industry leaders who will share expert insights.
Panels will take the pulse of hospitality trends across the Middle East, as well as exploring the heightened importance of traveller safety and security.
Speakers include leaders from brands such as Rotana, NBC Universal, The Ascott Limited, Breezeway and more.
Based on previous event feedback, this year The Altos will include product demos, with team members showcasing the latest innovations across AltoVita’s platform.
At 6pm, the event transitions into a formal awards ceremony, with an after-party from 7-10pm, complete with signature AltoVita cocktails.
Joy Abi-Aad, marketing director of AltoVita, said: “Following our very first Altos in 2020 (which was online during the pandemic), it’s been fantastic to see this event go from strength to strength.
“Seeing the industry connect, collaborate and most importantly celebrate so many achievements at The Cheesegrater in London last year, it’s clear that The Altos has come a long way.”
Danni Prior, head of hospitality growth operations of AltoVita, added: “On December 2, we’re looking forward to celebrating achievements across the corporate accommodation sector over the last 12 months.
“We’re grateful to have the opportunity to showcase all the hard work and innovation made by both emerging and existing players within the short-term and extended stay rental market.
“And I’m particularly excited about seeing all the entries for our popular Rising Star category, which helps the industry discover the change-makers of tomorrow.”
Tickets for The Atlos are free, and available for hospitality operators and other specialists in corporate accommodation.
