CoralTree Hospitality has been awarded management of Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona, Ariz., the company has announced. The 137-room property, surrounded by Sedona’s iconic red rock formations, offers convenient access to outdoor activities and cultural offerings.
As part of its new management under CoralTree, the resort will undergo renovations and join the Outbound Hotels collection of lifestyle hotels, rebranding as Outbound Sedona. Planned upgrades include an enhanced spa, renovated guest rooms and reimagined public spaces.
Located just minutes from Sedona’s uptown area, Poco Diablo features amenities such as the Willows Kitchen & Wine Bar, a full-service spa, heated swimming pool and courts for tennis and pickleball.
The resort also offers over 8,500 square feet of indoor meeting space and an eight-acre lawn suitable for events, weddings and social functions.
Guests can enjoy curated experiences including a monthly art program, nightly fireside s’mores, stargazing, lawn games and custom picnic baskets. The resort also provides access to the nearby Sedona Golf Resort, where players can enjoy a par-71 course set against the region’s red rock scenery.
“Sedona is a magical destination and Poco Diablo offers an experience that complements the beauty of the region,” said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. “Poco Diablo has long been a favorite for travelers seeking relaxation, adventure, and a connection to the area’s rich culture. We are excited to build on the hotel’s legacy by enhancing the resort’s offerings while staying true to the essence of what makes it truly unique.”
CoralTree also manages Outbound Mammoth in California.
Founded in 2018, the Denver-based hotel management company currently has more than 35 hotels, resorts and residential rentals in its portfolio. CoralTree is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Lowe, a real estate investment management and development firm.
