Tattenham Corner charges back into the spotlight as it re-opens its doors following a stunning refurbishment courtesy of Young’s. Combining the timeless charm of a traditional pub with modern flair, it offers a warm and vibrant hub for the local community and visitors alike. Guests can look forward to seasonal, locally sourced British dishes, an array of craft beers, expertly crafted cocktails, and a carefully curated selection of wines.

Overlooking Epsom’s famous racecourse and spanning two-floors, the stylish pub features a striking horseshoe bar, beautiful barn with reclaimed wooden beams, cosy snug area, roaring wood fires, alongside a captivating garden room with views of the racecourse and the wider Epsom Downs.

Upstairs, guests can discover The Paddock and The Oaks, cosy hideaways with stunning views, also perfect for parties anywhere from 20-200 celebrating a special occasion or a big win at the gee-gees.  And, for when the weather improves, there’s a showstopping, all-weather garden complete with its own dedicated outdoor bar and kitchen.

Great food is at the heart of Tattenham Corner. Head Chef David Vild’s dishes champion seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers, including premium local butchers known for their diverse range of quality cuts and sustainably caught British seafood.

Open for all-day dining, the menu choices range from pub classics through to modern plates with homemade pies, vibrant vegetable dishes and elegant seafood such as Maldon oysters and hand dived scallops with fennel and guanciale. Nostalgic puds promise to leave guests wanting more with the likes of bread-and-butter pudding topped with meringue; apple pear and plum crumble; and candied prunes and chocolate cake.

Sundays are all about the roast with a selection of premium cuts from 28-day aged West Country beef rump through to Dorking rolled lamb saddle; lemon and thyme Shropshire half chicken; and a spiced squash & barley Wellington. Every plate comes piled high with an abundance of crispy roasties, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and, of course, lashings of gravy.

Sustainability is at the heart of the pub’s ethos from supporting local businesses and suppliers to its kitchen. The state-of-the-art Robata grill gives the effect and smoky taste of cooking over coals without the environmental impact and is used throughout the menu, whether it be coal-fired whole south coast plaice with charred leeks to slow roasted meats and salt baked root vegetables. Even the booking signs have a sustainable nod; guests can take them home and when planted they will grow wild flowers in your garden.

No pub experience is complete without a fantastic drinks’ selection. At the bar, quench your thirst with a variety of beers to choose from premium English lagers such as Hawkstone Premium Lager, brewed in the Cotswolds, to popular pints including Asahi and Estrella. Non-alcoholic options are also available as well as expertly crafted cocktails including salted caramel espresso martinis and an extensive list of wines from across the globe.

Open now, head down Surrey’s newest hot spot Tattenham Corner for a memorable experience and great get together, whatever the occasion.
