Claudia Kozma Kaplan has been appointed Chief Brand Officer for Raffles and Fairmont Hotels, bringing her extensive experience in brand innovation and leadership across the luxury fashion and hospitality industries.

Kaplan has previously worked with notable brands, including Christian Dior, Gucci, The Beverly Wilshire Hotel, and Leading Hotels of the World. Moreover, Kaplan’s role includes overseeing Raffles Hotels’ global network of 23 hotels, which continues to expand with several upcoming openings.

These include, Raffles London at The OWO, Raffles Boston, and Raffles Jaipur. She is also credited with leading the successful “The Butler Did It” campaign, which has enhanced Raffles’ global brand presence.

In addition to her work with Raffles, Kaplan will now also focus on guiding the future direction of the Fairmont brand, helping ensure that its positioning continues to resonate with a global audience.
