The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) has welcomed 10 new luxury properties into its global portfolio, further enhancing its collection of independent, high-end accommodations. The latest additions include beachfront resorts, alpine retreats and city hotels from the Caribbean to Europe.

“These additions reflect the diverse interests of our travelers, from nature-focused destinations like Chilean Patagonia to cultural hubs like Maastricht, Lecce and Athens,” said Deniz Omurgonulsen, VP, member experience, The Leading Hotels of the World. “This mix of heritage properties and new openings highlights LHW’s continued support of independent hospitality.”

Americas & Caribbean

  • The Strand, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos – Overlooking Cooper Jack Bay, this beachfront resort offers private villas, infinity pools and a focus on sustainable luxury. Guests can enjoy fishing and island excursions.
  • Hotel AWA, Puerto Varas, Chile – Situated on the banks of Lake Llanquihue, this family-owned retreat blends contemporary design with cultural heritage. It offers farm-to-table dining, a wellness spa and guided adventures in Chilean Patagonia.
  • Beach Club at The Boca Raton, Florida, USA – This reimagined oceanfront resort features three pools, a private beach, upscale dining and a new fitness club. Guests also enjoy access to The Boca Raton Club’s exclusive amenities.

Europe

  • Van Oys Maastricht Retreat, Netherlands – A destination for slow travel, this retreat emphasizes sustainability with locally inspired dining, a nature spa and an immersive cultural experience along the Maas River.
  • Capo d’Orso Thalasso & Spa, Palau, Italy – Located between the National Park of La Maddalena Archipelago, Corsica, and Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, this boutique resort offers fine dining, a scenic spa and private yacht excursions from its own marina.
  • Patria Palace, Lecce, Italy – A restored noble residence in Lecce, now featuring a rooftop restaurant, a new spa and an exclusive beach club.
  • Villars Palace, Villars-sur-Ollon, Switzerland – A year-round alpine retreat offering skiing, hiking, a state-of-the-art spa and Michelin-quality dining in the Swiss Alps.
  • Grantley Hall, Ripon, England – This estate blends historic countryside settings with modern luxury, featuring Michelin-star dining and award-winning wellness facilities.
  • Chiemgauhof Lakeside Retreat, Übersee, Germany – A contemporary retreat on Lake Chiemsee designed by Matteo Thun, blending modern architecture with Bavarian craftsmanship and a focus on nature and wellness.
  • Anthology of Athens, Greece – A boutique 18-room hotel offering a holistic wellness experience, lush rooftop gardens and modern Greek cuisine, set in the heart of Athens.

Guests can enhance their experience at these new properties through LHW’s Leaders Club loyalty program, which offers benefits such as complimentary breakfast, flexible check-in and exclusive upgrades.
