TPG Hotels & Resorts has added Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Market Center to its managed portfolio. The eight-story, 240-room hotel includes a fitness center, outdoor pool, and on-site dining at the Great American Grill. It offers more than 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including 10 meeting rooms, with the largest spanning 2,100 square feet.

“We are thrilled to expand our portfolio with the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Market Center,” said Ben Perelmuter, president of TPG Hotels & Resorts. “This full-service property offers an ideal location for both corporate and leisure guests, and we are excited to bring our management expertise to this dynamic hotel in such a vibrant city.”

The hotel’s Great American Grill serves breakfast and dinner, with an evening bar offering a selection of drinks. The Pavilion Pantry provides snacks and essentials 24/7. The property also includes a business center, a guest laundry facility, and parking for guests traveling by car.

The meeting space is designed for conferences, corporate gatherings, and social events. The largest meeting room accommodates up to 200 guests, and on-site catering is available. Meeting spaces include audiovisual capabilities and flexible seating arrangements to accommodate different event needs.

TPG Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its footprint, managing properties across multiple brands and markets. With the addition of Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Market Center, the company strengthens its presence in Texas and within the select-service segment.
